This week's Kodi Playlist Download is a continuation of the Guardians of the Galaxy fun we presented back in 2014 (has it really been that long ago???). It's a mix of the tracks that were used in the sequel, “Guardian's of the Galaxy Vol. 2.”

By now, I’m guessing that most of you have seen the movie. If not, you’ll be happy to know that it releases on DVD in September, 2017 and is available now for download from iTunes and from Amazon. If you haven't seen it, do so. Like the first episode, it’s a rockin' and a rollin' good time.
As with “Guardian’s of the Galaxy”, Music is an essential element of 'Vol. 2'. Because the music is so much fun, we had to build a playlist. It’s what you do, right? And here it is. Note that if you have a fairly complete rock collection, you might have most if not all of the songs in this playlist – You probably don’t have “Guardians Inferno [feat. David Hasselhoff]”. If you really want all of the songs, you might want to think about buying the soundtrack album. It’s available on Amazon and also available on iTunes.

After downloading the .ZIP file, you need to do two things:
- Unzip the playlist into your Kodi music playlist folder — You can find specific information on playlist folders in this article: Kodi Playlist Folders
- Start Kodi (if it isn't already running) and navigate to the Playlist section of your music library, select this new playlist and enjoy
Today's playlist is 1,478 bytes in size (unzipped) and contains all of the titles contained in the original 'Guardians of the Galaxy Awesome Mix Vol. 2' CD in ascending track order.
That's all there is to it. Follow the instructions listed above and quick as you can say, “I am Groot,” you'll have a new music playlist.
Note: If you just copy the .ZIP file into your playlist folder, Kodi will handle it just fine. It sees the zip file and adds it to your list of playlists. Clicking on the .ZIP file will open it up and present you with the contents. In the case of today's file: “Guardians of the Galaxy Mix.” Click on that and it works like any other playlist.
